Natural History Museum, London

lyndakmorris's picture

Beautiful building - lovely wide angle or fish eye shots in the interior especially taken in  the main hall from the steps. I did not try using a tripod but you can rest the camera on various ledges and this was a three shot bracketed HDR version which helps manage the lights from the windows. Also good with fish eye. Photography seems to be allowed everywhere and I haven't really explored other areas but I'm sure there are more shots to be had.

Avoid school holidays and week ends if you can as it gets very busy with families and children

Combined the trip with the a visit to the Veolia Wildlife photo exhibition that is heldp every year there (charge made for this) between October and March
